They apply when using or purchasing products & services through our website blinkmena.qa and provide important information for you as a buyer. By using the site, you represent that you confirmed to comply with these terms and conditions with Blink in relation to your use of the site; this User Agreement is effective upon acceptance.

 

ACCOUNT AND REGISTERED USER

 

To access certain service to order and purchase product you must create an account on Blinkmena.qa.

Your account is personal to you and is non-transferable to any third party. We will protect your information according to our privacy policy. When you register and create an account, you must provide an accurate and real information about you including your e-mail address, first name, last name, country, phone number, and any other information required for creating your account. You should always update your registration data to keep it complete and accurate.

 

ACCURACY OF ACCOUNT AND BILLING INFORMATION

 

If you use Blinkmena.qa, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Blinkmena.qa does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use Blinkmena.qa only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You will maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, blink has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or not following this User Agreement, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of Blinkmena.qa under this User Agreement or at law, Blinkmena.qa has the right to indefinitely suspend, limit or withdraw your access to the site.

 

PAYMENT

 

We take payment from your credit or debit card at the time we receive your order for the relevant products, payment method (Debit cards - Visa - Master card - Buy now pay later - Paypal - Cash on Delivery).

If we are unable to supply the products, we will inform you as soon as possible by email or call and a full refund will be given.

Please note that Digital Cards are non-replaceable / non-refundable.
