To access certain service to order and purchase product you must create an account on Blinkmena.qa.

Your account is personal to you and is non-transferable to any third party. We will protect your information according to our privacy policy. PAYMENT

 

We take payment from your credit or debit card at the time we receive your order for the relevant products, payment method (Debit cards - Visa - Master card - Buy now pay later - Paypal - Cash on Delivery).

If we are unable to supply the products, we will inform you as soon as possible by email or call and a full refund will be given.

Please note that Digital Cards are non-replaceable / non-refundable.
